Magnesiums
Every form of magnesium has its own superpower. We pick the right ones so your body has what it needs to do what it does best.
Good Vibes.
We are Brett and Jaye, plant nerds and people most likely to turn a Sunday morning into a three-hour conversation about adaptogens.
We built Good Livin because this is how we actually live. Clean ingredients, no "natural flavours" hiding a laundry list of mystery stuff, no fillers...Just the real deal, the things we actually use. Sent to you in sustainable packaging, with formulas backed by science, not just vibes..... okay, some vibes, but the good kind.

What The Livin Crew Is Saying
On Repeat
You're not just getting bioactive compounds you're getting the immune intelligence of the mushroom itself.
Six ingredients working as a system to support cellular energy, physical stamina, and calm mental focus.
Three full-spectrum mushrooms for gut immunity and microbiome support, fermented glutamine for gut lining health, and magnesium glycinate for the nervous system calm that healthy digestion depends on.
Most electrolytes just replace salt. Salty Turbo goes deeper ocean minerals that support hydration, Creatine HCL for cellular energy, and award-winning Cordyceps to support oxygen efficiency.
Where is your Sea Salt From?
Our sea salt comes from the beautiful waters of Vancouver Island, British Columbia Canada. It has 40+ Iconic Trace Minerals.
Whats the difference between Salt and Sodium?
Salt and sodium aren't the same thing. Sodium is one of the minerals found within salt. Sea salt is only about 35–40% sodium by weight, with the rest made up of chloride and trace minerals. This is why it's important to compare apples to apples when looking at electrolyte products. Some brands highlight the total salt amount or the weight of a sodium compound, while others list the actual elemental sodium content. For the most accurate comparison, look for the sea salt amount in the ingredient list and the elemental sodium amount in the Supplement Facts panel or product highlights. The elemental sodium number tells you how much sodium you're actually getting per serving.
Why Different Magnesiums for each electrolyte?
By matching the form of magnesium to the purpose of each blend, we're able to create electrolytes that are designed for much more than hydration alone.
Salty Einstein contains Magnesium L-Threonate, a form of magnesium known for its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier more effectively than other forms. It's often chosen in cognitive-focused formulas because of its unique relationship with brain magnesium levels, making it a natural fit for a blend designed around focus, learning, and mental performance.
Salty Goddess contains Magnesium Bisglycinate, a highly absorbable form bound to the amino acid glycine. It's known for being gentle on the digestive system and is a favourite among women looking to support relaxation, recovery, sleep quality, and overall wellbeing. The addition of glycine makes it a particularly calming form of magnesium.
Salty Turbo contains Magnesium Malate, which combines magnesium with malic acid, a naturally occurring compound found in fruits. This form is popular among athletes and active individuals because it's often used in performance and recovery formulas. It's a great choice for supporting muscle function, exercise recovery, and those long days when your body is working hard.
